reassembly payload custom dissector

Is there an way or idea to reassembly some selected frames to one ? I just found some things which reassembled every packet. I want to reassemble a specific packet type like type Data out of Data Ack Nack and so on.

There is an option to save a TCP or UDP stream. Is that what you are looking for?
