Reassemble packages afterwards

Does someone know how to reassemble packages afterwards in an custom dissector? The Dissector is already ready to use and now it looks like some payloaddata belongs to other payloaddata. Examples would also be great!

There is some info about reassembly in the source tree doc directory in README.dissector.
