map button (Statistics/Endpoint) is unavailable

  • retag add tags

The "map" button is grey and cannot be selected. Is there another way to access the geomap?

Have you downloaded and installed the GeoIP data?

Have a look at @Jasper's blogpost about how to use GeoIP in Wireshark
