MacOS Big Sur install problems

I am having issues with installing and running Wireshark on my mac, I get the following errors when I open the application after installing it from the Wireshark website.

the issue seems to be i haven't given Wireshark permissions to my internet traffic. but I don't know how to fix it

Silly me...

.config was accidentally owned by root not the user...

simply had to change that
