You'll have to be a lot more specific with your question than "doesn't work". What is your type of VPN interface and what can't you do?

Ok Sorry. I have Citrix Gateway VPN. I can only trace Wi Fi interface, but I can´t trace de VPN traffic. Thank you

Ok GRAHAMB thank you for the answer. I have installed a softphone that doesn´t connect to the server through the VPN. I need to be able to trace the connection. Thanks again.

You're expecting the Citrix VPN to show up as an interface? That doesn't generally happen, I've only seen it for VPN's such as Open VPN that install a TAP adapter.

Regardless, this is an npcap issue and should be raised over at their GitHub issue tracker.
