Wireshark show unter EVE-NG nothing

Hello community,

I have a problem, I can't get Wireshark to run.

I have installed the latest Wireshark version and also Eve-NG Client Pack. I have done everything as shown in the video. Reg file executed.

When I click on Capture on an interface, my Wireshark starts and opens a cmd window.

But in the Wireshark I don't see anything, no matter what I do on the device.

In the CMD window you can see the following:

"Connecting to "root"@192.168.178.41..."

tcpdump: listening on vunl0_2_0, link-type EN10MB (Ethernet), capture size 262144 bytes

What am I doing wrong? I have been sitting with this problem for 2 days.

Please help me !!!

No, this is not due to the installation. I have now spent 3 days to get the Wireshark 3.4.0 running with Eve-NG. Unfortunately without success, I could not see any output.

Then I contacted Eve-NG and we tried to install a 3.2.8 version of Wireshark. And see, the old version worked immediately without problems.

Then we installed the 3.4.0 version again and it didn't work again.

It is definitely due to the new version of Wireshark. The question is what? What was done there? Or is it a bug?

Capture via stdin is broken in 3.4.0 - Remote packet capture failed
Roadmap shows 3.4.1 coming out December 9 or download one of the Latest Builds for 3.4.1rc or 3.5.0rc
