Extract files if sha1 hash is known
Is there any way to extract a particular file ( mostly scrambled ) if its SHA1 is already known.?

Tell me more. What's the goal here?
Well i have a capture, and i want a file from it. I know what it's SHA1 is. Capture is of 128MB. The file i need is 693KB
