After uploaded to 3.2.6 ver there is usbcap interface only

Built using Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 (VC++ 14.27, build 29111).

Npcap version 0.9994

What happens if you download Npcap 0.9997 and install it?

There was a conflict with Fing. Now is OK.
