My Wireshark shows regardless of how much I use the Internet that I do not use Wifi
I dont now wy it doesnt work I tried some tutorials but it doesnt work.

how is the machine that you're using Wireshark on connected to your router\modem and how are you determining you're not using WiFi?
i am using Linux and Windows and ever it is the same. i tried to connect over Wifi
So you try to connect to the Internet over Wi-Fi and it doesn't work?
If so, what sort of failures does it show, and what other mechanism are you using to access the Internet?
