can anyone help me to analyze my pcap file collected from customer?

One of our customer DR data center located servers facing slowness with packet drops.HQ to DR network setup is fine with sufficient bandwidth and all other part of the network running well. We Network team like to prove with the wireshark output that network side there is no issue and issue could be part of servers. Pls the file is huge 3.5 GB. Thx
