Key shortcut for first & last packet on macOS

  • retag add tags

How to go to first & last packet with keyboard on macOS ?

The arrow looks like page up & page down, on macOS, it's Fn+Up & Fn+Down.

But Cmd+Fn+Up / Cmd+Fn+Down doesn't work.

Fn+Up -> scroll page by page works fine Cmd+Up -> previous packet works fine

See my cheetsheet at https://SYN-b.it/cheatsheet, you need to use Cmd+Home and Cmd+End.

On a MacBook without Home/End keys, you need to use Fn+Left for Home and Fn+Right for End.

So to go to the first packet, use Cmd+Fn+Left

... and to go to the last packet, use Cmd+Fn+Right

Works for me :-)
