My internet service provider asked me to Wireshark Packet Grabs.

My internet service provider has asked me to use Wireshark to get packet grabs while playing one of my games, i have been experiencing major packet loss. Im not too sure how to do it and what command to put in? Also of what section i should take a screenshot.

Please help

I am not sure if you have tried finding this info on the web. You may follow this article (https://www.howtogeek.com/104278/how-...). Once you stop, save the capture from the file tab an share it with your provider.
