cannt find interface
do not see a interface on the cap

Do you mean that, on the main Wireshark screen, there are no interfaces other than the "extcap" ones such as "ciscodump"? Or are even the "extcap" interfaces missing?
And on what operating system is this, and what version of Wireshark are you running?
