wireshark uploading IC,Interface Capture, Name Resolution

Question going over tutorials and still not understanding everything it appears that something or someone blocks me from posting ie get a message that says error in red and says my account is managed by organization, now I now this has nothing to do with wireshark but is there a way to upload files directly or automatically rather than copy and paste technique would be easier so that you can see the nonsense that I am dealing with.

still learning but wondering what this means as its interface capture

wondering what this means as its interface capture

What is the "this" to which you're referring? The "Interface id: 0 (\Device\NPF_{FF3CC842-503C-45DC-99FF-ED926FCC2C3F})", the "Source Port" and port 443 and the two other values, or the entire text?

name resolution doesnt work ipv4 ipv6 udp tcp for all programs

What do you mean by "doesn't work"? Do you mean that it's not showing a name for IP addresses such as 192.168.0.1 or 239.255.255.250, and ports such as 42735 and 1900?
