Is this a homework question? If so what have you found out so far?

As I know, firewall will keep session on 5 tuple of TCP packet and firewall policy should allow from where it is initiated the connection and return traffic will be allow without bidirectional policy.

My question, how about UDP packet handle by state full firewall ? Or need bidirectional policy ?

"It depends" on the firewall. There is not a generic answer for UDP.
