There is a bug category for the main website (www.wireshark.org) on https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/ and information on how to build an account to open a new bug.

The entire page seems highly neglected and out of date, even the ads for Cascade Pilot and TurboCap. The Sharkfest Presentations listed don't include any after Sharkfest '15 including those in Europe or Asia. The "Hands on with Wireshark" YouTube video is now private and unavailable, other videos require Adobe Flash to run and are now many years old.

Well, if you're looking for some of Betty DuBois' videos, you can find some on her YouTube channel. The Sharkfest Retrospective pages probably have the most videos and more up to date content, especially from the more recent conferences:
