Is it possible that packet information doesn't have session id?
I have to verify the watchdog messages but is it possible that it doesn't contain session id.

Can you help us out with more information about the network protocol that sends these watchdog messages that may or may not contain a session ID? A capture (via a public share such as Google Drive, DropBox etc.) will help immensely.
