How to make wireshark automatically analyze network packets via script
If we know the steps to analyze network packets, how to make wireshark automatically analyze it?

Wireshark already does that. There are quite a few symptoms it will diagnose while dissecting the packets, e.g. telling you about TCP lost packets, retransmissions, window size zero problems, etc. Of course it's almost never good enough to replace a real analysis by a skilled network analyst, but it's much better than nothing.
