QoS data then QoS (retry)

Hi,

I took a monitor mode packet capture and can see 1 QoS data and then QoS data (retry) packets throughout. I cannot find an explanation as to what this might mean. Can anyone enlighten?

You have packet loss; an 802.11 ACK was not received within the alloted time window, so the sender will retransmit, this time (and subsequent attempts) with the Retry bit set. After a certain number of these retries, sender will usually give up and drop the frame.
