Wireshark won't show other devices on your network. It will show traffic between your machine and those other devices.

What do you see?

So the PC is connected to the Wi-Fi router with an Ethernet cable? Does the PC itself have any Wi-Fi adapters?

The wireless router may be working as a switch for the ethernet ports. As a test ping one of the wireless devices from your pc and filter for ICMP. Do you see the request and response?
