brand new windows 10 laptop, wireshark no interfaces found

I'm not sure what's causing the issue. I experienced this issue and it seemed unresolvable although all I tried was to uninstall/reinstall on the previous machine a Surface. This pc just came in today and after installing Wireshark no interfaces are found, and I figure it must be an npcap issue because NMAP is failing as well. What should I do?

I'm having the same problem. New Win 10 Laptop only 1 month old I installed NPcap, WinPcap, Nmap, tried to start ncf (which is a WinPCap thing only, I guess?) reinstalled each of these in various configurations... Ran WireShark with and without elevated privileges every time.

5 hours later...here i am.

Work with the Npcap developers as described here.
